HOW LONG IS SHIPPING AND PROCESSING?

  • Typically within 5-7 business days depending on carrier. Tracking number will be emailed once we received order.

  • Custom orders within 5-10 business days depending on carrier.

  • Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer overnight or expedited shipping at this time.

  • As always, please allow time for unforeseen shipping delays with delivery carriers. 

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Timeout by Devine gift cards.

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • If you placed a customize order on any of our products and wish to cancel after one or two days you will be charged 25% cancellation fee. 

  • Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment. In most cases, we can’t change or cancel your order, but contact us at info@timeoutbydevine.com and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Non customize products  require any cancellation and/or changes for orders that have been placed but not shipped to be confirmed via email. We will then respond via email if we are able to make the cancellation and/or change requested..

Minimum Order Requirement

  • On t-shirt printing we require a minimum order amount of $25

  • Customized bags/ Embroidery we require a minimum order amount of $45

  • Printing other then shirts and bags we require a minimum order amount of $25

Returns & Exchanges

  • Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason it may be returned for a merchandise credit. 

  • We don't expect returns on customized garments or handmade bags.

  • Please note: only orders shipped to addresses within the US are eligible for return or exchange. All international orders are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
